Only those programmes selected by the Competition Office from all the entries will be screened and judged by the IRIS adjudication group.
The programme makers whose productions have been selected for the PRIX EUROPA IRIS competition, will be invited explicitly to be a jury delegate at the PRIX EUROPA festival.
Each television organisation and free producer may send two delegates to serve in the IRIS adjudication group.
In addition however, an unlimited number of observers can participate in all sessions of the adjudication group. Observers may take part in the discussions, but not in the selection of the prize winners.
The viewing and adjudication sessions for the PRIX EUROPA IRIS will be held in Potsdam (The delegates will have to cover the costs of their stay in Potsdam).
